
Why should I attend positivecharge?
To learn more about yourself and why you do what you do, and what makes you happy, or not. This also enables help you to understand other people a little batter as well. Not only will you learn about positive emotions, strengths, flow, motivation and mindsets you will also go through a change process designed by yourself focused upon whatever you choose.
Do I need to be unhappy to benefit from positivecharge?
You neither need to be happy or unhappy to benefit from positivecharge. Positive psychology focuses upon raising a person’s positivity, well-being and or happiness regardless of you current situation. The only caveat to this is if a person is severely depressed or unwell. In this scenario we would be obliged to refer to a more appropriate service.
Would I have to disclose personal information to the group?
What you disclose and how much you disclose is entirely up to you. There is no pressure at all to discuss anything you are not comfortable with. This would not put you in a awkward position as naturally some people are more private than others.
What is positive psychology?
Positive psychology is the area of psychology that researches into what makes a good life. What makes life worth living. Traditionally psychology has been forced down a research road aimed at alleviating suffering and illness. You can think of positive psychology as being useful for all of us luck enough to not be in need of the mental health service.

What happens if I have to miss a session?
We try our very best to keep everyone up to date and on course. We can’t guarantee this but we will always do our best. Your workbook covers the topics discussed in the session.
